Overthinking is a disease
We live in fucked up times and every day it feels like some very bad shit is about to happen. Should we let this affect our lives? Well, no. We live on a floating rounded rock. The life on this planet can be one of a kind. Either it's very common, or extremely rare. So, live it fully. Don't overthink. Don't torture yourself, with stuff that didn't or may not happen. I know you do. If you've heard of Seneca, he says a very powerful saying on this. "He suffers more than necessary, who suffers before it is necessary." Just focus on what's in front of you, and give your 100% to it. It will work.
Keep your opinions to yourself (most of the times) and don't overshare
It's an era of sharing. We can't argue that. A few months ago, when Threads launched, everyone has jumped into it, including me. And they started posting some random shit about some nonsense, like it matters, or someone gives a crap. Doing what everyone else does is not always a good thing. Sometimes, you should hold back. Don't be a sheep 🐑. You don't have to have an opinion on everything, and honestly, if you are not an expert, people probably won't care. It's sad but true. You might think no one will give a shit about this post, or thing blog, but guess what, it's mine, and I don't give a shit about who thinks what.
Stop bitching
I know that it's easy. You fail, and blame the circumstances or someone. You have to understand that complaining won't fix anything, and it will even make it worse. You just HAVE TO stop complaining, even to yourself , and accept the things as they are. You don't realize it, but it makes you weak. Instead, you can analyze and learn from it. Grow a strong personality. You will be happier ✨ and live longer ⌛.
Our lives are short. It's up to you how you live it. Waste it, or make something out of it. What's it gonna be champ? 👽
